Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide clear, courteous assistance and direct guests to the appropriate area or team member.
• Answer basic questions and share helpful information about services, wait times, or next steps.
• Support an organized, clean, and inviting front-facing environment.
• Assist with guest flow, check-in processes, or queue management as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to help ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Address concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
